I’ve always been active, but my deeper connection with fitness came after a life-changing experience in my teens. I started training at 15, driven by body image like so many others—but when my health and strength were truly tested, I realised fitness had a far greater purpose. It wasn’t about looks. It was about power, healing, and resilience. Rebuilding myself through training taught me that movement is a privilege and a lifeline. I poured that passion into the fitness industry—traveling, training, learning everything I could. At 21, I opened my first gym and within two years, expanded twice. By 23, I partnered in a second business, with a vision bigger than any bricks and mortar space: a platform and a community that reaches people everywhere.

If you’d told 13-year-old me I’d end up in the fitness world, I’d have laughed. I hated sport, avoided PE, and never felt strong or confident in my body. Fitness felt like it wasn’t for me.At 15, I nervously walked into a gym—and left that first session feeling proud. For the first time, I believed I could do something for me. I kept showing up, but I felt lost without support or direction. I think often about how different my journey would have been if I had access to what we’re now creating—real guidance, empowering workouts, and relatable women to look up to.Everything shifted when I moved to Gunnedah and joined a local fitness studio. I discovered mat Pilates, intentional strength training, and found a connection to my body that changed my life. During a tough time personally, fitness became my outlet—it gave me confidence, purpose, and space to heal.I reached out to Holli—the gym owner—and with her encouragement, I became certified in Matwork Pilates. That moment opened every door I never knew I needed. From there, I completed my Cert III and IV in Fitness, began teaching Reformer Pilates, and completely fell in love with helping others find their strength, too.

For both of us, fitness was never about perfection—it was about finding purpose, power, and peace in movement. It’s about confidence, self-love, and the kind of support we wish we had when we were starting out. That’s why we created this space—our digital fitness app and rural wellness retreats—to be more than just workouts. We’re building a community. A place to feel seen, supported, and empowered. To move your body in ways that feel good. To show up imperfectly, consistently, and with heart. This is just the beginning—and we’re so excited you’re here with us.
